About Us
Chuck and Peggy Chandler
Chuck and Peggy Chandler are the founders of Baja Alaska Luxury Sport Fishing Vacations.
After years of enjoying the natural beauty and world-class sport fishing in both Alaska and in Baja, Mexico, they decided to share their experiences through Baja Alaska’s luxury vacation packages.
Chuck has been a professional registered guide and outfitter for more than 30 years in Southeast Alaska. He also is a U.S. Coast Guard-licensed captain.
Ted and Sue Downward
Sue and Ted Downward joined the Baja Alaska team in 2005.
As a longtime boating enthusiast, Ted has spent the last 25 years fishing the waters off the coast of Baja and more recently Alaska’s Inland Passage.
He brings his lifetime of experience in operation and maintenance of crafts ranging from sport fishers to luxury yachts.
Sue spent most of her youth water skiing the lakes of California, and has traveled extensively through Alaska’s Inland Passage.
She enjoys stream fishing and watching Alaska’s wildlife. She has owned and operated a private catering business and taught cooking at the Junior College level.
